Khilfat movement was done to preserve the head of OTTOMAN EMPIRE KHALIFA from british government's action ..whereas non-cooperation movement was for the decreasing british profit from India ... by many methods such as boycott of british things and jobs

Khilafat was a religious movement started by the Islam community of India. Whereas Non cooperation was a national movement started by Mahatma Gandhi.
