Bromination of aromatic system is an electrophilic substitution reaction. Any substituent on benzene which increases the π-electron density will increase the rate (ease) of bromination.
-NH2 is an electron donating substituent (by loan pair of electrons on N atom). So the availability of π-electron in aniline is enhance the rate of substitution of aniline.
