Simplify tanA + cotA in terms of sinA and cosA U will get 1/sinA . 1/cosA SinA + cosA = 2 Squaring both sides gives Sin^2A + cos^2A + 2sinA.cosA = 4 1 + 2 sin A.cosA = 4 SinA. CosA = 3/2 1/sinA. 1/cosA = 2/3 TanA + cotA = 2/3
