* India is a developing country. It is going towards progress. When the economic condition of a country improves people begin demanding more services like shopping, eating out ,tourism etc. This leads to increase in the activities of the tertiary sector. * Higher the development of the primary and secondary sector more would be the increase in the importance of tertiary sector. *In the past three decades many services such as IT has become essential. It also flourish the tertiary sector.
