Remuneration of employess: 1) remuneration should b fair and just to all the employees 2) manager should ensure that the employees live a reasonable standard of living . 3) equitable remuneration will ensure a congenial atmosphere between workers and management. Scalar Chain : 1) refers to formal lines of communication and authority from highest to lowest ranks . 2) Gang plank : direct communication between two employees at same level at the time of emergency after informing their immediate superior.
