x^3-6x^2+3x+10 P(2)=0 Therefore (x-2) is a factor x^3-6x^2+3x+10/(x-2) =x^2-4x-5 =(x-5)(x+1) There fore factors are(x-2)(x-5)(x+1) Zeroes of the equation -1,2,5 They are in form. -1,-1+3,-1+2*3 Hence a=1 and b=3
