In India there is universal suffrage. Elections r conducted by election commission of India. Free means who u vote remains secret and fair means everyone should have right to vote... So india can be called as free and fair democratic country..

I also dont th8nk that in india there is a fair election bcoz here the leaders background is like a criminal and they also promote cruminals for reprsenting in an election and sometimes at the time of election malpractices is also used like m9ney powrr and muscle powrr
