A country cannot be called fairly democratic until all the citizens of that country got a chance to choose their representatives. India can be called as a democratic country because all the citizens both male and female have the right to choose their representatives. For an election to be free and fair certain civil liberties such as freedom of speech and assembly are required. India is well performing democracy.

Yes, because......1)free and fair elections are there 2) everyone is treated equally there is no discrimination on the basis of caste 3) all fundamental rights are there for example right to education, right to speech etc 4)one person one vote one value is there
