* the weimar comstitition had inherit drawbacks making weimar republic gragile. (1)one was proportional representatives which made it difficult for any party to get majority leading to coalition government. (2) article 48 which gave the president the power to rule by decree suspended civil right and to impose emergency. * the weimar republic was not well received by the people because of the term forced to accept at Versailles. * in 1925 the Germany refused to pay reparations payment and the French its leading industrial area ,Ruhr to claim their coal. * weimar republic has to face another economic crisis, U.S.A withdraw her aupport for wall street exchage which is crashed in 1929...?
