First term = 4 × 1 - 1² = 3
S₂ = 4 × 2 - 2² = 4
Second term = 4 - 3 = 1
So, d = -2
a₃= 3 - 2 × 2 = -1
a₁₀ = 3 - 2 × 9 = -15
a_n = 3 - 2 (n - 1)
