Reason for conflict in development goals
1. When development occurs at a cost of some section of the population . eg: Construction of Dam displaces a large community.
2. When development is enjoyed only by a few people. Eg: Technological advancements are expensive and remain out of the reach for the poor For Instance, this can be seen in health care systems. Vital Drugs are expensive.
3. Development at the cost of environment. Eg: Development countries fighting climate change
