In simple way a large population can be turned into an asset by investing money in the form of health ,education,training etc. as a result of these investments the population turn into a human capital and human capital is a stock of productive skill and knowlege .so these human capital with their skill and ability make efficient use of the resources as well as bring advancements in technoloy. by doing so they contribute much towards the GDP and help in the development of a country.

A person is a liability if he/she is unfit or unhealthy and is no worth in the economy of the country. He/she can be made into an asset by maintaining proper health and a nutritional diet. ?
