Coalition govt is one which is formed by two or more parties.As no single party enjoys absolute majority,two or more parties will form an alliance and then form government.
PM of coalition govt cannot take his own decisions as his party doesn't enjoys majority.so,he have to take concerns from other parties in alliance.so,decision making in coalition govt is slow.
