Power sharing is good for democracy because: 1)It reduces the possibility of conflict among different social groups. 2)It is the very spirit of democracy. 3)It involves sharing power with those affected by its exercise and those who have to live with its effect. 4)It is a good way to ensure the stability of political orders. 5)People have a right to be consulted on how they are to be governed.
