Kosovo is serb dominating country means they are in majority and Albanians were a minority group. There "milosevic" won the election and his govt. want serb to dominate the he country and either albanian leave the country or serve under there dominance. Later, there was ahuge masscare of Albanians took place in Kosovo and were deeply toutured and punish (kill).Batistha hoxha was one of the witness. (Reference)(pg.98.ncert civics book).
