Disguised Unemployment: (i) A situation wherein marginal productivity of labour is zero. It is not visible and found among wage earners, mostly in agriculture. (ii) It is mostly found in agriculture (iii) It is found in rural sectors only. (iv) The work requires the service of five people but engages eight people. Seasonal Unemployment: (i) Getting employment only for the part of the year in certain sectors, like agriculture is called seasonal unemployment. (ii) It is mostly found in agro-based industry. (iii) It is found both in rural as well as urban areas. (iv) There are certain busy seasons when sowing, harvesting, weaving and threshing is done.

The disguised unemployment happens when more no. Of workers are added to work But whereas the seasonal unemployment happens mostly to a farmer because sometimes he has to wait for the harvest time. Therefore the time period between sowing and harvest time. He is said to be unemployed
