Volume of cube(a×a×a)=64 64 is cube of 4 . hence side of cube is 8. On joining the cube the height and breadth remain same but length become twice. Measurements of resulting cuboid are L=8 B=4 H=4 Now using,TSA of cuboid put value of l,b,h in formula u get ur answer

On joining the cubes the resulting cuboid have same breadth and height but length become twice. So measurements of sides of resulting cuboid are L=123 B=63 H=63 Now, using TSA of cuboid you will get your answer
