virtuous cycle it educate children in a better way it also conscious about health status it create human resources into human capital it impacts in a positive way in terms of economy of country vicious cycle it do not educate their child they are also not conscious about health status it don't convert human resources into human capital it impacts in negative manner in terms of economy

Parents are said to invest more on education of their children b'coz they have realised the importance of education for themselves. THUS, A VIRTUOUS CYCLE IS CREATED.
This Virtuous cycle may be disadvantageous b'coz those parents who are themselves illiterate and didn't get proper healthy life, carry the same for their children.
IN THIS CASE, A VICIOUS CYCLE IS CREATED.

virtuous cycle is created by educated people. . they know the value of education so they make their children educated and the healthy cycle is created... vicious cycle ia created by uneducated people.. as they dont knw the value of education so they do not make their children educated and thus a unhealthy cycle is created...
