Seasonal Unemployment:
- Getting employment only for the part of the year in certain sectors, like agriculture is called seasonal unemployment.
- It is mostly found in agro-based industry.
- It is found both in rural as well as urban areas.
- There are certain busy seasons when sowing, harvesting, weaving and threshing is done.
Disguised Unemployment:
- A situation wherein marginal productivity of labour is zero. It is not visible and found among wage earners, mostly in agriculture.
- It is mostly found in agriculture
- It is found in rural sectors only.
- The work requires the service of five people but engages eight people.
