Impact of globalisation is not uniform. It has some positive and some negative effects too. It employs a large number of people who r trying to get jobs. It helps small industries to prosper by its successful collaboration with multi national companies. Many small companies which employs a large number of people have shut down. Due to the closure of small units, many educated people have become jobless.
