11 - 6 = 5m = height Now base = 12 m So by pythagores theorem ( Hyp) ^2 = ( height ) ^2 + (base)^2 = (5)^2 + (12)^2 = 25 + 144 = 169 Hyp =√ 169 Hyp = 13 m The distance between tops is 13 m
