These type of challenge was in the surontiko samin Randublatung village,a teak forest were wind,water,earth and wood was not available.

Surontiko Samin of Randublatung village, a teak forest village, challenged state ownership of the forest. He argued that the state had not created the wind, water, earth and wood, so it could not own it. He motivated a widespread movement that soon developed.
