Waen water concentration increases in tje stomatal pore it exerts a turgor pressure on the inner thick and elastic wall of gaurd cell which thereby forces the outer thin wall to bulge out with the help if cellulose microfibrils.this often happen in day time... In night this pressure decreases and thereby due to concentration gradient the walls come to their original position amd gaurd cells are closed now....
