    Because the reflection of light won't be hurting your eyes. Suppose, jab app apne ghare ke light bulb ko kisi normal glass re dekho tho the light reflecting will hurt your eyes but if you see that light using polarised glass then the reflecting light will change optically activated direction resulting no pain in your eyes.
