Radius of 1st circle be 5x
radius of 2nd circle be 3x
compare both the circle

circumference of 1st circle/circumference of 2nd circle =2 pie R/2 pie r
5x/3x=2×22/7 R/2×22/7 r
5/3=R/r
so ratio=5:3
