Molality is defined as the “total moles of a solute contained in a kilogram of a solvent.” The term needs to calculate the mass of the solvent and moles of solute.
Molarity is one of the most widely used unit of concentration and is denoted by M. It is defined as no. of moles of solute present in 1 liter of solution.
