Surface area = 4 πr²
2464 = 4 × 22/7 × r²
2464 = 88/7 × r²
r² = 2464 × 7/88
r² = 28 × 7
r²= 7× 4 × 7
r = 7 × 2
r = 14 cm
New radius = 2r = 2 × 14 = 28 cm
New surface area = 4 × 22/7 × 28 × 28 = 9856 cm²
