1.Judiciary ensures that all the constitutional provisions are properly implemented. 2.It ensures that fundamental provisions of citizens are safeguarded and basic provisions are not denied. 3.It ensures govt does not exercise unlimited powers and works within the constitutional framework. 4.In case of any dispute, juduciary is responsible to settle them. 5.It all keeps a check on the working of various institutions to make sure that it does not involve any conspiracy.
