Seasonal Unemployment	Disguised Unemployment
Getting employment only for the part of the year in certain sectors, like agriculture is called seasonal unemployment.	A situation wherein marginal productivity of labour is zero. It is not visible and found among wage earners, mostly in agriculture.
It is mostly found in agro-based industry.	It is mostly found in agriculture.
It is found both in rural as well as urban areas.	It is found in rural sectors only.
There are certain busy seasons when sowing, harvesting, weaving and threshing is done.	The work requires the service of five people but engages eight people.
