Say A=Alfa,B=betas

x²+x-2

A+B= -1,AB=-2

1/A-1/B=(B-A)/AB

{tex} = \sqrt{((A+B)^2-4AB)} \over AB{/tex}

=√(1+8)/(-2)= -3/2
