Let the dimentions be x , 2x , 3x

So total surface area=2(lb+bh+lb)
⇒ 2(2x²+6x²+3x²)
⇒ 2(11x²) = 198m²
⇒ 11x² = 99
⇒ x² = 99/11
⇒ x² = 9
⇒ x = 3m

So the dimensions are : 3m, 6m ,9m
