Women Reservation Bill or The Constitution bill, 2008 is proposed to amend the Constitution of India.
It is the 108th Amendment when passed. It is a lapsed bill in the Parliament.
As per this bill, the Constitution of India provides a reservation of 33% of all seats in all local bodies including Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha.
