Let the common point of tangents P and the point meet at the circle are A and B. We use congruency for <OPA =<OPB. Then use similarity on ∆OAP and ∆OBP. By AA triangles got similar then by CPST(corresponding part ob similar traingle) we use OA/OB=PA/PB. Hence PA=PB
