But make sure that Do not do yoga in open place during winter season in early morning because of the air pollution , may cause many disease Doing yoga in early morning during winter may effect opposite on body

Get ip 5:00 clock in the morning and than start doing yoga in the open area because of fresh air.do this thing daily for 2hours then after some time you see your body gain slim shape

First of all . Get up early in the morning . Than start doing yoga . And in first 10 days you will do it , I am sure you will less your weight . But get up on 4:00 clock in morning
