    • Threatening or bribing the voters.
    • Asking for votes in the name of religion or caste.
    • Use of government resources in election campaign.
    • Spending more than Rs. 25 lakh in a Lok Sabha constituency and more than Rs. 10 lakh in an assembly constituency.
