When we push a box, we are applying force i.e.,action and box is displaced by some length. By newton's third law, for action, there is reaction which is equal and opposite, it means, reaction done by box, F = -F' so both forces should be balanced . But why box slip when applying force,in fact it should be balanced(equal & opposite reaction) ?

Every body has a mass which is its limit , when a force exceeding that mass will be applied on it , that body will change its state When we push a body by a distance , then we have actually exerted more force then a body can exert on us. Body also does some work by making us tired

Exactly!!!!! I was thinking about this too......according to me....if there is non zero net force means....F+F'is not equal to zero then body will accelerate (newton's second law)i.e.acceleration depends on two factors...net force and mass of obj...but....if we apply constant force on body then an opposite force will act on it simultaneously ....the net force become zero and the body will move with constant velocity because of law of inertia which means object wants to be motion.......
