(please replace a  nab with alpha and beta) 

FOR x2 * -2x-8 the  say a and b are zeros then

a+b=2  and  a*b=-8

so the polynomial with 3a and 3 b as zeros will be

x- 3 *(a+b)*x +9a*b

= x - 3*2 x +9*-8

= x-6x -72 ans
