The theories advanced by Charles Darwin and Herbert Spencer, tried to explain why some biological organisms became extinct while others survived to date. Their theories explained that only the strongest, fit and most adaptable organisms can make it in an environment and adapt to change in climate and competition.
This is the justification the Nazis had when they tried to wipe out the Jews and other European communities like the Russians, whom they deemed as unfit for survival. The Nazis viewed these communities as subhumans who were not supposed to be in existence but rather, were to be wiped out.
