3x² + 6x = 9
3x² + 6x - 9 = 0
3x² + 9x - 3x - 9 = 0
3x(x + 3) - 3 (x +3) = 0
(x + 3) ( 3x - 3)= 0
x + 3 = 0 or 3x - 3 = 0
x = -3 or 3x = 3
x = -3 or x = 3/3 = 1

3x^2 + 6 =9 3x^2 = 9-6 3x^2 =3 x^2 =3/3 x^2 =1 x= root 1 So positive root is +1 and negative root is -1
