Let 184 be the n th term of the sequence.
a = 3, d = 7-3= 4
therefore, 184 = a + (n-1) d
= 3 + (n-1) 4
184-3 = (n-1) 4
181 = (n-1) 4
n-1 = 181/4
n = 181/4 +1
n = 185/4
However, n should be a positive integer. Therefore, 184 is not a term of the given A.P.
