It states that if three forces acting at a point are in equilibrium ,then each force is proportional to the sine of the angle between the other two forces. I.e.,A/sin alpha=B/sin bita=C/sin gama. Where A,B,C are three forces and alpha, bita and gama are the angle between forces B and C,C and A,A and B respectively.
