Answer to your question- Bill is said when a law is not approved by the President, firstly when a bill is being made by the Rajya Sabha then next it goes to Lok Sabha these are mentioned as upper and lower house. Then it goes to the constitutional head President then he checks the bill if it is not proper he again post back to the upper house (veto). But next time when a bill is again send to President then he need to approve. Added points→ ● When President sends back the bill to the upper house or first house then it is called veto. ● When President keeps the bill for a long period of time then it is called Pocket vetto. This is the way for imposing a law.
