A) the most climate of the area help in growth of the cotton. The readily cotton readily available in the area. 2) there were ports near by the manufacturing goods could be easily transported. 3) there was the enough labour force in the area. There were farmers cotton balls pluckers and the workers who does this work of spinning and weaving. 4) it was easy ways to access market for finished goods here.
