Population control. One child policy with out any delay. Increase marriage age from 18 to 24(or at least 22). Free condom and birth control pills in rural areas.
Strict law for more than one child. But care full with the GENDER GAP as we Indian prefer boy over girl child.
Close unproductive engineering colleges and focus on quality of education. Don’t give permit to new engineering colleges.
Open more medical college with good quality and supply the doctors abroad.
Open more skill development institute and combine it with higher secondary school (class 12) and colleges.
Open some sport school and make sport a profession.
