A mnc is the company that runs or controls the production in more than one nation they set up offices and many factories for there production in regions where they can get cheap labour and other essentional resources... they set up there production jointely with some of the local companies of the countries.. they might bring with them the latest technology for production the most common route for mnc investment is to buy up local companies and then to expand production.. production in widely dispersed location is getting inter linked..
