    2(2) - 3(3) + a = 0
    4 - 9 + a = 0
    a = 5
    2x + 3y - b + 2 = 0
    2(2) + 3(3) - b + 2 = 0
    4 + 9 - b + 2 = 0
    15 - b = 0
    b = 15
