1. Planning is meaningless without controlling :Both are the functions of management, as we know that planning is the first function of management and controlling is all pervasive which means it needed everywhere, and the manager who is doing the planning have no control over the factors than the planning done by him have no meaning. 2.Controlling is blind without planning :Here the actual results is compared with the desired results if we not fixed the standards then how the function controlling is done.

The top officials of a country’s Government held a meeting in order to speed up the business growth.
