Limitations of Ohm’s law :

Ohm’s law is valid for metal conductors, provided the temperature and other physical conditions remain constant.
Ohm’s law is not applicable to gaseous conductors.
Ohm’s law is also not applicable to semi-conductors such as Germanium and Silicon.
