Why bicycle in motion doesn't fall but bicycle fall as soon as it comes to rest?

If the bicycle is at rest, it will be acted upon by downward force ( ,where is mass and is acceleration due to gravity). If it is affected just by this force, it should have stood without falling, because there is no force which pulls it to either side to make it fall. This is the reason why it fall in rest or while slowing down. When u r riding it u exert force by paddling the cycle by ur legs . The force gets balanced hence it will not fall during riding
