The modern part of Hanoi is build a beautiful city but native quater are not provided with these facilities Iarge Sewers system is built in modern part of Hanoi but so sewage from modern hanoi goes in native quarters So sewer was directly laid into street in around native quarters which is came from modern Hanoi This was the cause plague and rat hunt in Hanoi
